We’re so excited to partner with you in sharing The CEO Command Suite with the world. Before you get started, please review this Affiliate Agreement carefully. By joining the program, you agree to the terms below.

1. Program Overview

This affiliate program is designed to reward you for sharing The CEO Command Suite with your audience. When someone signs up using your unique affiliate link and becomes a paid subscriber, you earn a commission according to the payout structure below.

2. Commission Structure

● Suite Referrals (Executive, Manager, or Assistant): $50 per referral.

● Commissions are one-time payouts per new customer.

● Commissions are approved 30 days after a purchase to allow for refunds or payment failures.

● Payouts are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month via Bank Transfer.

● You must have a valid, active payment method on file to receive payouts.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As a Command Suite Affiliate, you agree to:

● Promote The CEO Command Suite ethically and authentically.

● Avoid making false claims or guarantees about earnings, results, or performance.

● Only use approved graphics, logos, and marketing copy provided in your Affiliate Starter Kit.

● Disclose clearly in any post, video, or email that you may receive a commission for referrals (FTC requirement).

● Refrain from running paid ads using the “CEO Command Suite” or “Dacia Woods” name.

● Avoid spam, mass DMs, or misleading marketing practices.

Maintain professionalism and uphold the integrity of the brand at all times.

4. Brand and Content Use

You may use the provided brand materials to promote the platform.

You may not:

● Alter the logo, change brand colors, or create look-alike materials.

● Present yourself as an employee or owner of The CEO Command Suite.

● Create your own funnels or pages using our name or likeness without written permission.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

If a referred customer cancels or requests a refund within the 14 day approval window, the commission will not be paid.

If a refund is processed after a payout, the commission will be deducted from future earnings.

6. Termination of Affiliate Status

We reserve the right to remove any affiliate who:

● Violates these terms or brand guidelines.

● Engages in unethical, dishonest, or misleading practices.

● Becomes inactive for 90+ days (no clicks or conversions).

Termination results in forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

7. Relationship of Parties

You are an independent contractor, not an employee or representative of The CEO Command Suite. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

8. Confidentiality

Any non-public information shared with you (such as upcoming product releases or sales data) must remain confidential and cannot be disclosed without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

The CEO Command Suite and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages related to this program. Your participation is voluntary, and you assume all risk associated with your marketing activities.

10. Modification of Terms

We may update this Agreement at any time. Any updates will be communicated via email or posted in your affiliate dashboard. Continued participation means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
